Stayed here for 2 nights with my son, had a very good stay. Enjoyed my rooms with great view. The location of the property was peaceful, close to the railway station. Went to Mercat Bar for drink or two, set just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Our experience here was lovely. Stayed for 3 nights in this quiet and straightforward place, enjoyed that. The room was neat and updated with extra pillows, kettle, for instance, had a good night's sleep. A shower, a hairdryer and a bidet were available there. The venue was set in the central position just off Venice, garden and animals, and vaporetto.

So glad we choose it, it's ideal base for staying in Venice. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including cookies, yoghourt, coffee and cereal. The staff are always helpful.
